A very large 4 bedroom villa to sleep 8 people. Extra children are welcome as there are 2 small fold out beds and travel cots available. Fully air conditioned and very well equipped. It has a very large lounge with plasma TV and Sky, dining area with music system, kitchen with fridge/freezer, cooker and dishwasher. 4 bedrooms, all en suite with Jacuzzi baths and showers. 3 bedrooms are on the 1st floor and the 4th is downstairs. There is a barbecue on the terrace near the pool and a further balcony/terrace off the living and dining room with table and chairs. A wide range of bedding/towels throughout. Tiled floors throughout, thus keeping it cool. This villa is child friendly and highchairs are available. A wet room with toilet is also downstairs.

Local Area

This villa lies on a new residential estate, approximately 1km from the administration centre of Cerro Alagoa and 2kms from the tourist area of Oura. Oura lies in the middle of the road named The Strip which runs from Montechoro down to Oura Beach (approximately 3kms from the villa). A popular place with the British tourists, the Strip has many restaurants, bars, shops and cafes as well as a large choice of nightlife. Cerro Alagoa is the new administration area of Albufeira and has a comprehensive shopping centre, banks and cafes. Approximately another kilometre west of the villa is the old part of the bustling resort of Albufeira. Here there is a sandy beach and the narrow cobbled streets and the main square offer a wide range of restaurants, bars and shops
